Lost and Styled, Zine (2023)
A zine documenting lost and found items of clothing, photographed by Katie Aird.
"Who Am I?
I'm a passionate advocate for sustainable fashion and an ardent explorer of urban landscapes. With a keen eye for spotting hidden gems amidst the hustle and bustle of city streets, I've made it my mission to uncover the stories behind wasteful clothing found on our sidewalks and alleys.
Why Street Fashion?
Street fashion isn't just about style; it's a lens through which we can understand our culture, society, and, most importantly, our environmental impact. I believe that every discarded garment has a story to tell, a lesson to impart about our consumer habits and their consequences on the planet.
Sustainability at the Heart:
My journey is fueled by a deep commitment to sus-tainability. I firmly believe that the small steps we take in our daily lives can create meaningful change.
By raising awareness about the environmental cost of fast fashion, I hope to inspire a collective shift toward conscious consumer choices."
